Stephen Dowling

Stephen is the founder and owner of ETM, a company passionate about delivering high impact learning to help organizations improve engagement and performance.

Stephen is a passionate educator, sense-maker, problem solver and simplifier. In Australia, he is one of the leading educators in the agile, lean and project delivery space.

Stephen has more than 20+ years of experience within the project delivery space. As a Project Leader he has successfully delivered many different types of projects, the largest being a complex upgrade of a US$2bn ERP system for a large US Pharmaceuticals company, across 17 countries in Europe.

Stephen is a regular international speaker at conferences and industry events.
 

Delvin Fletcher

Delvin Fletcher joined IIBA as its 4th President and Chief Executive Officer in January, 2020. 
 
Prior to joining IIBA, he was with Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario as CIO, leading digital transformation in a large membership and regulated not-for-profit association. He spent his early professional years with KPMG Management Consulting working on strategy, marketing, technology and operations projects in North America and EMEA.  He has served in leadership roles and managed global teams at both multinationals and high growth privately held companies, including SAP, Rubbermaid, Shred-it International, Ethoca Limited and Xchange Technology Group.  In addition, his experience includes extensive consulting and interim leadership roles in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
 
Delvin holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and is both a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
  

Scott Miller

Scott Miller is the Director of Sales and Recruiting for InfoTech Resources, an IT staffing and recruiting firm in Glen Ellyn, IL.  Since joining InfoTech as a Jr. Technical Recruiter in September 2012, Scott has established himself as a powerful agent for talented IT professionals, an expert in prevailing market trends, and a reliable, candid resource to clients regarding all things Chicago IT.  Since taking his current role in 2016, he manages InfoTech’s proven recruitment process and co-leads client relationship management. 

Scott is actively involved in the Chicago IT community to this day, including participation in the Chicagoland IIBA and PMI as well as helping to organize InfoTech’s own WindyTech knowledge-sharing forum.  He has his B.A. in Political Science and History from Illinois Wesleyan University and his M.A. in History from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.  Scott and his family live in Glen Ellyn and, outside the office, Scott is an avid sports fan that enjoys home-brewing and barbeque.
 

Tommy Re

Tommy is passionate about helping organizations thrive by working with them to identify and develop the talents of individual contributors, leaders and teams. He works with executives and line of business leaders to identify barriers to high performance and to design appropriate learning solutions that lead to individual and organizational success.

Tommy brings a diverse background and base of experience to the solution development process. He has spent nearly 30 years working in the field of learning and performance development. As a consultant he has worked with leading companies including Amgen, Biogen, Novo Nordisk, Marriott, BMW, Lutron, Kite Pharm, Worldwide Clinical Trials, and others.

In addition to his consulting experience, he has held senior leadership roles in operating companies as the Chief People Officer for Lonesource, a business supply company, and senior sales executive for TRG, a technology training company.

He holds a master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University and has been on the teaching staff of the University of Phoenix where he taught public speaking. He is a frequent guest speaker on leadership in the MSW program at NC State University.

He is also a volunteer consultant for the Executive Service Corp of the Triangle. A non-profit that provides organizational development consulting and training services to the area’s nonprofit organizations. He began his career as a professional actor appearing on Broadway in the Tony Award winning original production of A Chorus Line. His book, Now Presenting, You! – Vital Tips from Business and Theatre for Crafting Presentations with Impact is due out in the Spring of 2021.
 

Gina Schmidt

Throughout Gina Schmidt’s career, she has successfully managed and participated in enterprise-wide multi-vendor projects while performing in a diverse number of roles. As a known expert and consultant in project management and business analysis, she has been engaged as a speaker and seminar instructor by many professional associations, including IIBA, PMI, BA World, Building Business Capability Conference, Women in Technology, We Build Character (non-profit CIO mentoring) and training companies, such as SoftEd.

In addition to her current firm, VITINAR, she has been both an internal and external consultant at Lighthouse Consulting Partners, PricewaterhouseCoopers and AT&T. Gina has recently authored, “Mastering Business Analysis Versatility: Seven Steps to Develop Advanced Competencies and Capabilities” which is part of a Business Analysis Professional Development Series offered by J. Ross Publishing.

David Mantica

David has 25 years of business-to-business services, consulting, coaching, and training industry experience in roles from operations, service delivery, marketing, product management and executive management. Just recently he successfully sold his business-to-business training firm having taken it from $1.2m to $13m in seven years all done organically. Currently David is current the VP and General Manager for SoftEd US, a leading provider of transformational training services, working to support companies embrace agile methods for achieving business results. 

Along with his work at SoftEd, David provides business owner coaching services to several companies in the Raleigh-Durham area through DTM Services. He also provides pro bono career coaching services and presentations to individuals and organizations throughout the US.

David Saboe

David Saboe is an Enterprise Agile Coach, author, and podcaster. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations do the best work of their lives. Dave has been in the Business Analysis and Project Management field for two decades and has led teams of Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Coaches. He is a frequent industry speaker and helped create the IIBA’s Agile Analysis certification exam. Through his podcast, Mastering Business Analysis, Dave helps Business Analysts learn new skills and advance in their careers.
 
 

Heather Archer

3 and a half years ago, Heather Archer launched her training company, Training de Jour, after many years of waiting and preparing. She specializes in helping her clients “Fill the Training Gaps” they experience in meeting their training needs, both virtually and in person. This allows her to work with a wide range of participants, clients and present on a number of interesting and transformative topics. Topics such as Presentation design and development, Team Building, and Human Dynamics.

She is a Master Trainer through the Association of Talent Development (ATD) as well as currently holding MCT and MOS Master Certifications. Heather presents training with an eye to adapting technical and/or complex training to an ever-changing environment to support change management best practices. She also enjoys, for some reason, working with the cranky and “challenging” participants.
