Bluegrass, Southeast Michigan, and Chicagoland IIBA Chapters will once again join together for this New Year-themed social event is designed to inspire, connect, and empower our community as we share our personal and professional goals for 2025. What to Expect: • New Year Resolutions Sharing: Reflect on your goals, hear inspiring resolutions from others, and find motivation to make 2025 your best year yet. • Agile Tips & Tricks: Learn practical Agile strategies and insights from our resident experts. Whether you're new to Agile or looking to sharpen your skills, these tips can help you approach the new year with greater agility and adaptability. • Recipe Sharing: We invite you to bring along a favorite New Year’s recipe to share! Whether it’s a traditional dish, a healthy meal to kickstart your goals, or something special to ring in the new year, we’ll gather and swap ideas for a delicious start to 2025. • Community Building Activities: Enjoy interactive discussions and activities centered around self-growth, giving back, and creating a positive impact in our community. Whether you're looking to develop new skills, deepen connections, learn Agile techniques, or simply add new recipes to your repertoire, this event is a wonderful opportunity to set the tone for a fulfilling and successful year. IIBA® CDU Credit: You will earn 1.5 Continuing Development Unit (CDU) by attending this event live. CDUs are continuing education credits to retain an existing IIBA Certification. You may claim your CDU under Professional Development, with event type of Chapter Event. A recording of this event will be available after the event, provided by Bluegrass IIBA Chapter. You may earn 1.5 CDU for watching the recording under Self-Directed Learning.
 
PMI® PDU Credit:  You will earn 1.0 Professional Development Unit (PDU) by attending this event live. PDUs are continuing education credits to earn a new or retain an existing PMI certification. Read the PMI PDU page for more information on PDUs.

Stephanie Hawkins, Vice President, Community Outreach and Engagement, Bluegrass IIBA Chapter

Stephani Hawkins, MSIA, CISA is the Vice President of Community Outreach and Engagement for the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter. She has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on enterprise IT transformation, business analysis, project management, data governance, IT risk, and controls. She holds a Master's degree in Information Assurance (MSIA) from Walsh College and is a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA).
 
 
 
 
 
Cathy Warren, Vice President and Secretary, Southeast Michigan IIBA Chapter
 
Cathy Warren, ACBA, CPOA  is the Vice President and Secretary for the Southeast Michigan IIBA Chapter. She has 10 years experience working as a Business Analyst for Department of Defense logistics modernization programs. Cathy also has 18 years experience as a Program Manager for an organ, tissue and eye donation awareness non-profit organization. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wright State University, an Applied Certification in Business Analysis (ACBA) from Bridging the Gap, and a Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis (IIBA®-CPOA) from IIBA.
 
 
 
Marci Watts, Volunteer Chair, Chicagoland IIBA Chapter
 
Marci Watts, MBA, FLMI, ACS, ARA, CTM, SAFe 5 SP, SAFE 5 POPM is the Chair for the Core Group of Volunteers for the Chicagoland IIBA Chapter. She has over 20 year’s experience working as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Product Manager for Allstate Insurance Company in its auto and property insurance lines. Marci also has 25+ years of volunteer experience with organizations such as Junior Achievement and Community Threads. Marci holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, and a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.  She holds several SAFe Agile certifications and is working on her IIBA Agile and Product Ownership Analysis certifications.
