The Scrum guide defines only three roles for an Agile delivery team: a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and a development team. So what happens to all Business Analysis activities?
Come and join your fellow business analysis practitioners and share your thoughts on how your role has evolved and the challenges your organization is facing. Brainstorm ideas on addressing those challenges and share your opinion on challenges faced by others. We will have breakout sessions to discuss different topics related to Agile adoption and evolving role(s) of Business Analysts.
